As part of our ongoing drive to champion safety through innovation in all areas of sport and leisure Goodyear tyres have teamed up with the leading British safety charity to help fund the RNLI’s vital life saving training of volunteer lifeboatmen and women.
With every purchase of one of our award winning HydraGrip tyres, acclaimed for their unrivalled wet weather performance, a donation of 50p goes straight to the RNLI’s innovative training programme.
Since the RNLI was founded in 1824, its lifeboats have saved more than 137,000 lives, in 2006 RNLI rescued 8,015 people and assisted 10,448 people and its state of the art training programme is paramount to this ensuring that volunteers get the best possible support.
With £2 going straight to the RNLI from every set of HydraGrips sold it gives you the opportunity to inflate the RNLI’s fundraising efforts whilst enhancing your own car’s safety and performance with a tyre that gives unprecedented grip in wet conditions without compromising dry weather performance.
